As director of product development, Charles Guo oversees all research and development for Tide International USA, Inc., identifies and develops new products for 
commercialization, and leads the company’s regulatory and registration activities.
Charles earned his Bachelor of Science and Master of Science in agronomy from Hebei Agricultural University in Baoding, China.
After earning his Ph.D. in crop physiology and biochemistry from the University of Arkansas at Fayetteville, Charles worked as the technical service manager for Asahi Chemical Mfg Co., Ltd., where he was responsible for the registration and technical service of the company’s products in the Americas.
For more than 20 years Charles worked in various positions with specialty chemical company Chemtura in China before returning to the U.S. to work for Tide USA.
